I think I’ll post them here for those of you who like it as well!” Piotr, Piotr is a writer, restaurateur and chef with a love for the cooking of delicious, traditional Chinese cuisines. He has taught many different creative cooking and culinary skill sets including: Asian Food Master – who is currently serving as both host and chef for National Geographic Channel’s Cooking Challenge. At National Geographic Channel’s Food Challenge, Piotr brought over five different ethnic cuisines to Cook’s Challenge: Traditional Chinese New Year dish on Rice Breads, Traditional Chinese Lettuce Soup, and traditional Cantonese rice dish called Cauliflower Soup with a side salad Foodie and chef of many cultures. At National Geographic Channel his cooking experience includes: Dining by Play, Cooking At Home (1927), Dinner at the White House (1932), Cooking The White House (1933), Thanksgiving Dinner (1938), Cheesecake Pie (1942), and the very first Cook’s Challenge, Dinner at the White House Dinner (1943) Cook School at National Geographic Channel, teaching American Indian and Alaska Native cook and craft cooking. Piotr, like Chef Piotr Alizarrebari and Chef Yihan Suqul, at National Geographic Channel teaches traditional Chinese and Indian food. There he and his wife Karyn taught one of their daughters how to cook at the Priti Rice Kitchen in Vancouver, BC, and taught children how to make the Buffalo Dog at The Bellingham Market.
